Breathwork will be held under the peaceful oaks in the middle of central Austin at our lovely home in the classic Rosedale neighborhood. 

How to prepare:

Bring a mat, journal, pen, an eye mask (or scarf/bandana), and your favorite bug spray if you're sensitive.  

Immediately after breathwork, you are welcome to stay to mingle with a like-minded community. Bring your favorite dish and/or drink to share for a picnic-style brunch.
